    Information is sent to guests in advance of their arrival on how to contact the site manager who meets guests on arrival.

  • Fully flexible - free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.

    Non refundable - the full amount is due irrespective of when you cancel.

  • All guests are required to pay €100 in cash on arrival which is repaid in full as long as there is no damage.

Accommodation & Amenities

  • We are approximately 20-25 minutes (around 20km/12 miles) from Larnaca Airport.

  • We always recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay at Panoramic Village.

  • Pets are not allowed at Panoramic VIllage.

  • Yes, all apartments are self-catering and include a private kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, and typically basic kitchenware.

  • All apartments are cleaned prior to your arrival. If you want additional cleaning services, please speak to the site manager who can arrange this for an additional cost.

  • Yes, all apartments are air-conditioned with individual units in lounge and bedrooms.

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all apartments, however Wi-Fi speed can sometimes vary.

  • Yes, bath towels and bed linens are provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels for the pool.

  • All apartments have flat-screen Smart TV with digital channels.

  • We have three unheated swimming pools that are open all year.

  • There is no on-site restaurant as the apartments are self-catering.

  • Yes, there is a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance that sells a wide range of food and household items.

Policies &General Information

  • The complex is designed for wheelchair access with lifts and open access to all the apartments except to the roof terrace of penthouse apartments. Disabled toilets are also available around the site.

  • Our staff primarily speak English.

  • We are approximately 1.1 miles (1.8 km) from the world famous Mazotos Camel Park and 1.6 miles (2.6 km) from Mazotos Beach. The village of Kiti is 10 minutes by car with its restaurants and bars. Larnaca is about 12 miles away with its numerous Blue-Flag beaches.
