Penthouse Two-Bedroom ApartmentS in Cyprus – Your Mediterranean Escape

Inside, the apartment boasts modern interiors, open-plan living areas, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Every detail has been carefully designed to offer comfort, style, and functionality.

Guests also have full access to all on-site amenities and facilities, making this apartment an excellent choice for families, solo travellers, couples, or working professionals looking for a home-from-home experience in a tranquil setting. Close to a number of local beaches and easy access to all parts of Cyprus with a car. Larnaca Airport is just 15km away. Ideal for those wanting a peaceful location.

Room layout

All of our one bedroom apartments are around 74 Square metres inside with an external balcony measuring 15 square metres. The apartments consist of a double bedroom with a 150cm double bed and a second twin bedroom with two single beds. These apartments also have a bathroom with a bath, toilet and shower and a second shower room with another wash basin and toilet. The kitchen area has a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster; a lounge area with a sofa, arm chair and Smart TV. The external balcony is ideal for fresco dining with its table and chairs.

Safety

All apartments are fitted with fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarms. Lifts are fitted with emergency telephones. Evacuation instructions are clearly marked in all the apartment blocks. The apartments are registered with the Cyprus Ministry of Tourism and hold a Self-Catering Accommodation Registration License. 

Policies

These apartments are suitable for a maximum of four guests and at least one of them should be an adult. We have a limited number of children’s cots, high chairs and fold-up beds which we can provide at an additional charge subject to availability.

As these are self-catering apartments they are cleaned before and after your stay free of charge. Additional cleans can be provided on request for an additional charge.

Pricing and other charges

All of our apartments can be rented on a Fully-Flexible, Non-Refundable or Monthly basis with varying prices. A fully-refundable €100 cash damage deposit is also required on arrival at MPV where you will be met by our site manager. Further instructions will be emailed to you about one week prior to your arrival.

The pricing of our Penthouse apartments per night is based on a standard rate, the type of booking required and the time of year. An indication of our seasonal prices for 2025 is:

Low season (November to March): €85 per night

Mid season (April to June and September to October): €100 per night

High season (July to August): €110 per night
